KBK is mainly composed of track, suspension device, travel trolley, lifting device and some functional components, all modules are standard components and can be freely assembled according to the needs of the plant.

The rails are closed sections, straight and curved, of Omega or C type, and are made of steel, aluminum and carbon steel. Because it is a standard component, it can be assembled into any structure such as short and long distance single track, multi-track, curved track or circular track.

The suspension device is generally installed on the lower edge of I-beam/H-beam or concrete beam, with certain self-locking function, easy and reliable installation.

Traveling trolley is hung inside the track, used to travel in the direction of X, Y axis, according to the need to do manual or electric trolley.

Lifting device is generally electric hoist, electric chain hoist, pneumatic balancer, intelligent crane with spreader use.
